- general:
- mark delivery (or -70°C removal) date on all tubes/bottles;
- label all caps with reagent nick-names;
- use old tubes first;
- mark by cross the last used tube )only one tube should be marked);
- snap freeze buffers and oligos (NOT ENZYMES!) in liquid nitrogen before storage at -20°C;
